About · Philadelphia, PA · since 2014

A workshop, not a counter.

InOs Computers opened as a repair bench for the neighbourhood. The same bench now builds gaming desktops, recovers data, hosts websites and looks after the machines of Philadelphia's small businesses. The rule has never changed: you know what is wrong, what it costs and when it is back before we touch a screw.

What we promise

Three things, every job.

  • A service fee that counts

We find the actual fault at component level instead of guessing with parts. The $50.00 service fee is credited to your repair when you go ahead.

  • Fixed quotes

The price you approve is the price you pay. Quotes are written, line by line.

  • Real technicians

You talk to the person doing the work. No call centre, no jargon, and a 30-day warranty on our work.

What customers say

From the reviews.

Definitely a diamond in the rough this computer repair shop is filled with real hardworking people! The owner takes care of you to a T and treats you like one of his own. From one small business to another thank you again for putting in the extra time and effort to helping me with my laptop issues

Evan Sanders · customer

Super friendly guy, knows what he's doing, and reasonably priced! Super rare these days for someone to have all those qualities. If you need your computer repaired he's the guy to do it! If you're a do it yourselfer though he has a huge selection of parts from fans to ram and everything in between. Bottom line he's your guy!

Michael Clauges · customer

Great experience! … I needed a new hard drive when my laptop fell off my desk and they installed a new hard drive the same day. Really reasonable prices. If I need computer service again, I'll definitely go back there!
