You start the session, you watch everything on screen, and you can end it at any moment. Nothing stays installed that lets us back in without you.
What if it cannot be fixed remotely?
Then it needs the bench. Book a drop-off slot and we take it from there.
What do I need?
A working internet connection and a machine that starts. We send a link; there is nothing to set up beforehand.
