What does the service fee cost?
$50.00. It pays for a technician's time on your device — a full hardware and software check and a written report — and it is credited toward the repair if you go ahead. If you decline the quote, the service fee is all you pay. It is refunded only at our discretion.
How long does a repair take?
Our estimate for most repairs is 2–3 business days, and each service page shows its own. Every date we give is an estimate, not a promise. We do not do same-day repairs: every repair goes through our full test cycle before you collect it.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Yes — for 30 days from the day you collect. If the same problem comes back on the same device, we redo the work without charging for our labour; parts are paid separately.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours. If you would rather have a set time, book a slot online and your device goes straight onto the bench.
Will my data be safe?
Your files stay on the machine. If a repair needs a reinstall we back everything up first and confirm with you.
