Questions we hear every week
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is billed at cost, separately from our fee, so you always see what went to the platform.
Is there a minimum term?
We agree the term with you before we start — long enough to show a result, and never longer than you signed up for.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Ad accounts, profiles and pages are set up under your name.
